One of my friends is unable to settle his debts?

One of my friends is unable to settle his debts; can anyone give him a legal advice for fast relief?

I think you should suggest your friend to take a private consultation with the debt counselor, :)

Some debt counselor will analyze your friend’s debt, and provides several options based on his current financial situation.

There are many experienced debt counselors out there. He just need to take a call, discuss his problem, and choosing the option that he feel better for himself.

Contact a lawyer. A lawyer will be able to negotiate with his debtors, argue down some of the debt, and work out a payment schedule if he can’t settle all at once.

I had some massive credit card debt that I defaulted on, and my lawyer was able to argue it down to less than half of what I owed (however, I settled that negotiated sum in one payment. If he has to make a schedule of payments, don’t expect to see such a large reduction in the debt).

Debt settlement is much possible with the help of debt settlement companies for they build a bridge between the creditors and the debtors. One can get relief from file bankruptcy with the help of debt relief also called as debt negotiation.
